The Spooky Cave
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
The Spooky Cave is a modern take on classical rogue-like RPGs. The traditional tile based movement has been removed but, the ability to stop the game when you stop inputting controls remains. I am attempting to introduce streamlined gameplay while also increasing the depth of combat and interaction. It's hard to explain the game feel without playing it, so just give it a shot, and remember dying is fun! :)
move = wads/mouse-middle/l-stick

Ну идея хорошая , только осталось добить все что надо управление. Мышка работает непойми как. Кароче жду обновлений.
the cursor disappearing whenever you attack is extremely annoying
When I launched, it said there may be incompatibilities and then crashed.
not working. required old love2d. update pls.
addicting but i found a bug that broke the inventory because when i use the inventory im out of the room and i dint know how to get back it and so because of that bug i had to quit a great run, otherwise great game great concept
Looks really cool.
I have an issue with my gamepad though. If the gamepad is connected, the time is running constantly. Also, the right stick works only in horizontal direction. Left gamepad trigger moves the weapon horizontally. I suspect I need some kind of axis remapping, but not sure how to achieve it.
Gamepad: Logitech F310. OS: Ubuntu 16.04.
gg here is my playthrough https://youtu.be/0XWOZB_Mc1c
Nice game, but I miss something. I don't know how much health I have left and what weapon I should choose. Do they deal the same damage?
